Andi R. Bukowski, R.D.
Bariatric Dietitian
Bariatric Center
Andi is a bariatric dietitian with the Bariatric Center. She educates and prepares patients for bariatric surgery and teaches pre-operative education classes. She also counsels them on weight loss and monitors the patients’ nutrition status after surgery as well as leads support groups on nutrition topics.
A graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in consumer and family science as a dietetics major, Andi also completed a 900-hour coordinated program in dietetics. She previously served as a clinical dietitian at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Andi is certified by the Indiana Dietitians Certification Board and is a registered dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She also received the American Dietetic Association Certificate of Training in Adult and Pediatric/Adolescent Weight Management.
